MY NAME IS David
I am a former retired US Navy aircraft/helicopter mechanic, with over 27 years of experience in the fields of aircraft maintenance, Quality Assurance, Safety Leading Supervisor. I have a B.S. Exec. Mgt. and extensive bilingual and bicultural experience in monitoring, managing, leading and directing OSHA and EM 385 Army Corp. Environmental, Health and Occupational Safety in the USA and Latin America.
